Phase 1: Pen and Paper Round
Description:
The Pen and Paper Round is the first phase of the Tech Quiz Competition, designed to assess participants' knowledge and problem-solving skills in a timed environment. During this phase, questions will be displayed on the screen, and each team must provide their answers independently without any discussion or external assistance.

Rules:
📝 Participants are only allowed to use pen and paper to record their answers.
📝 Any attempt to cheat or use unauthorized materials during the round will result in immediate disqualification.

Phase 2: Card Game Round
Description:
A deck of cards consisting of tech-related questions categorized into three levels: easy, medium, and hard will be placed, From which each team will have to draw a card and answer the question from the card.

Rules:
📍 Each team has a limited time to answer the question. If they fail to answer within the allotted time, they forfeit the opportunity to earn points for that question.
📍 Further details regarding the rules will be provided in the rulebook, which you will receive upon joining the WhatsApp group post-registration.

In the Initial Round, they are tasked with debugging and optimizing HTML and JavaScript code for a form. Their objective is to ensure the successful transmission of requests to a designated web server, which in turn elicits a unique link response. Subsequently, in the Main Round, participants are challenged with website source code. They are prompted to refine and align it with the specified requirements demonstrated in a provided sample.
